The last competition, parallel bars were pretty much peaked, and the same with the vault before that meet. We're ready for that peak, but we have to put it together on one day.

It makes it more difficult for us because we don't get to see the other teams and work from their weaknesses.

We have to work really hard not to let any other teams distract us. Our main goal is more solidarity and more consistency.

I thought we exceeded our initial expectations. When we started off training for the season, we didn't think we were going to have that much (success). Then (at the end) I thought we achieved more than anyone thought we would.

If it's competition, we take it seriously. Whether they're good or bad teams, you have to stay with the same mentality.

For the team, it's been a gradual process. We're still in the thick of it, and we have better routines and better form than most of the teams out there.
